　「ペーパー・ドライバーズ・ミュージック」以降ずっとキリンジを聴いていますが、今までのキリンジとはいい意味でちょっと違う感じです。今回のは出だしの曲からぐっと聴くものを引き込む力があるように思います。アルバムのほうを先に買ってしまい、MAXIは半分がinstrumentalだし、ずーっと買うのを迷っていましたが、「For Beautiful Human Life」の中でもスウィートソウルが一番好きですし、思い切って買ってみましたが、instrumentalもとても心地いいサウンドです。全体を通していい感じで昔のマニアックさを払拭した感じです。「愛のCoda」もよい曲ですし、ヘビーローテで聴けるのが嬉しいです。すでにアルバムを持っている人も、これは買っても損はないでしょう。

たたみかける構成に久し振りにガツンと来た。マービンゲイの「ホワッツゴーイングオン」や八神純子の「JUNKO THE BEST」の当時のアナログ盤B面以来かな。極めて上質のポップソングだ。まさにグルービングミュージックだ。素晴らしい！

これ程優れた楽曲を書ける人達が、いつまでもマニアックな存在で良い筈がありません。ポップスが好きな人、「良いメロディ」が最近少ない、とお嘆きの貴方。この「スーパーソングライティング兄弟」を文句無しにお薦めします！！騙されたと思って聴いてみて…ひっくり返りますぜ♪
