   五つの赤い風船の西岡たかし、元ジャックスの木田高介、新進フォーク・シンガーの斉藤哲夫によるスタジオ・プロジェクト名義で、1970年にリリースされたアルバム。すべて西岡たかしの作詞・作曲によるナンバーで占められており、彼のソロ・アルバム的色合いが強い1枚だ。五つの赤い風船時代からサウンド志向が強かった西岡を、全アレンジと演奏の大半を担当した木田高介が強力にバックアップし、ユニークなアシッド・フォーク・ワールドを展開している。なかでも、「あんまり深すぎて」における幻想的な世界は、今聴いても十分すぎるほど刺激的。加藤和彦、細野晴臣、竹田和夫らがゲスト参加している。（木村ユタカ）

五つの赤い風船のメンバー、西岡たかし率いるレコスタ内だけのユニット。1970年。冒頭の「あんまり深すぎて」は全くダブ処理されたタム、ドローンのように響く長音、ギター、遠く近く揺らめくギターと声、ゆっくりと進むサイケデリックなドラム、圧倒的な雰囲気。アシッドフォーク。プログレッシヴフォークと云われたらしい。確かなプロダクションと安定したサウンドに囲まれてこんな風に実験的なアプローチを築くのはスゴいし聴き応えある感じ。

町田康の映画「けものがれ俺らの猿と」に使われたホーンセクションがタイトで、物憂げなヴォーカルと途中のテープ処理とエフェクトがTom NewmanのJulyの様な「君は誰なんだ」。このアルバムは曲順が絶妙。タイトな曲とゆらゆらした淡い曲の連続が美しい。tudor lodgeのような清らかな「さっき君が」のフォーク感覚もカッコいい。いいアルバムだなぁ。

　西岡たかしが思い通りに創ったら、マニアックになるのは解っていたし、「五つの赤い風船」という甘いバンド名に囚われていた部分があった事を西岡はこの当時イヤでしょうがなかったのだと思う。
　音楽的冒険とシュールな詩に満ちた西岡たかしの世界は、風船を離れて自由になった西岡の最高傑作であり、芸術家、作家としてあの時点では面白さに於いて満足のいくものであったのではないか。
もちろん、この頃、この類の音楽的センスを実践できる現場の制作者としては、瀬尾一三か木田高介か、ちょいと後ろに大瀧詠一か細野晴臣（まだ坂本龍一は高校生）この四人の中で西岡の要望に応えられるのはジャックスの音楽的主柱だった木田さんしかいなかったのだろう。
　今や日本の音楽の歴史になってしまったが、とにかく、全ての音楽・芸術を志す若者は一度は聞いてみることだ。

　初めて聞いたのは「けものがれ」映画につづき、
のサントラ！！
も一最高です！！なんっ百回と聞きました＞
このジャンルにまさかハマルとはおもいもしませんでした。＜世はトランス、ｈｉｐｈｏｐ＞今わたしの生活はこれが中心です。
なにも知らないから辛いよん！！！！！！！！えの
