すばらしい。
とにかくこのディスクを聴いてほしい。
特に全盛期のglobeを知らない若い人たちに。
かっこいい…』それがこのCDを聴いた感想だろう。
2003年の発売だけど、完全に時代を先取りしていることがわかるはずです。
もっともっと流行っていいと思います、このCD。
一人で部屋のなかでも、ドライブ中でも、ショップやクラブでも、どんなシーンにもがっつりはまりますね!
きっともう一度、globeがチャートの最上位にランクインしたり、街中がglobeの曲であふれるときが来るって確信しました。
ほんとすっごいかっこいい! シンセの音も最高に気持ちいいCDです。

オススメ!

いわゆる小室ブームの中で製作された楽曲達とはまるで違う本当の意味でのポップミュージックであると思う。 所詮小室なんてと思ってる方々にこそ聞いて頂きたい。 時間を掛けてでもこういうアルバムをコンスタントに発表していれば彼への評価は全く違うものになっていたはず。 とにかく素晴らしいアルバムです。

他のレビュアーも書いているが、決して売れ筋路線のアルバムではない。しかし、ありがちな「ヒット曲満載」的な構成ではなく、アルバム全体が一本筋が通っている。それは先行して発売されている「7.seize the light」や「9.compass」のミックスをアルバム全体のサウンドに馴染むように、シングルのそれとは微妙に変えていることからも見て取れる。トランス色が前面に出ているのは確かだが、単調なループに頼ることなくさまざまなシンセサウンドやエフェクトを用いて曲を構築しており、良質なエレクトロポップスとして聴き応えがある。日本の音楽界でこんなアルバムを出せるのはglobeをおいて他にはいないと思う。最後に苦言を一つ。エイベックスの意向でやむを得ないだろうが、百害あって一利なしのＣＣＣＤはやめてほしい。
