待望の平沢氏ソロアルバム、「ブルーリンボ」。
公式ウェブサイトでのダウンロードで聴いた「RIDE THE BLUE LIMBO」は、初めて聴く人にも、往年のファンにもお奨めの一曲。
懐かしく、新しい。そう言う不思議なノスタルジィを感じさせられる。
そんなアルバムだ。
そして激しい反戦歌である「高貴な城」は、是非とも押さえておきたい一曲。

『サイエンスの幽霊』収録・「世界タービン」等の系列の曲風がお好きな方は、是非購入されてみては如何？
50歳を目前にして尚、精力的に前衛的な音楽を発表し続ける氏には、敬服の念が絶えない。

光が強ければ陰も濃い、的テクストに満ちた平沢節全開の一作。
崩壊する環境や社会、失われる個人の悲哀も高らかに力強くメロディーに乗って、
諦観も希望も混沌とした不思議な明るさに満ちた曲は、何度もきいているうちにある星の俯瞰図が見えるような気がしてくるのが快感。
水が暗きょからあふれ出てくるようなメロディーは、渇いた精神状態を潤すよう。

脱日常、不思議な気分にしばし浸りたい時にはどうぞ。

平沢進９thソロアルバム『BLUE LIMBO』
私はアニメ『ベルセルク』のOVAで初めて平沢氏を知りました。
他のCDはあまりないですが、このアルバムは
　癒される
　繊細な音
　力強さがある
　どこか幻想的な
そんな感じがする、どこか不思議な音楽ですね。
民族音楽的な感じもするが、電子音楽でもある平沢氏の
センスは現在の邦楽ではまずないと思います。
