   「アラビアン・ナイト」を彷彿とさせる物語を背景にしたシングル曲。エキゾチックなラブ・ストーリーを美しく音像化することに成功しているのは作曲者である広瀬香美のメロディによるところが大きいわけだが、壮大なスケールを持つ楽曲に一歩も引くことなく、大らかでパワフルなボーカリゼーションによって歌の世界を表現する島谷ひとみのセンスには、本当に驚かされる。声の質感とパワーだけで、リスナーを異空間へと誘っていく。これこそが、シンガーの資質なのだろう。それにしても彼女の声は、どんな曲にもよく似合う。（森 朋之）

アラビア風の曲調とトルコ語の歌詞がマッチしている。前回のアルバムから参加した広瀬香美の作曲が素晴らしい。また曲を作ってもらえばいいのに。
亜麻色はあまり好きではなかったがパピヨンのアカペラ･バージョンは今回かなりうまくいってると思う。

私にとって島谷ひとみのべストCD。広瀬香美の作曲、なめらかに耳に入ってくる歌詞、パワーのあるヴォーカルがうまくマッチしている。ジャネット・ジャクソンのカバー曲「パピヨン」もアカペラが美しい。歌詞の日本語化もとてもよいと思う。

普通にいいですね。自分は島谷ひとみはこういうアップテンポな曲が一番似合ってると思っています。。。
みなさん、もうＰＶは見られましたか??この曲が一層引き立つような仕上がりになってますよ！
なんか歌詞にもあるようにホント異国で撮ったって感じです。ということで、かなりのオススメです！！！

う〜ん「亜麻色の髪の乙女」「ペルセウス」と比べて少し劣りますが、曲形態としてはまあまあの出来です！！この変の島谷さんの曲はどれも最高です。
