   リズムアクションゲーム「ダンスダンスレボリューション」方式で、楽しく踊ってシェイプアップ。「DDR」シリーズのエアロビバージョン『エアロビクスレボリューション』がPS2に登場した。別売りの『Dance Dance Revolution 専用コントローラ2』を使えば、家庭で本格的なエアロビクスが楽しめる。

   「DDRモード」は、フィットネス効果に重点を置いた構成で、1プレイは3~4分。ダンスの振りは、効果的な有酸素運動ができるパターンを収録している。インストラクターが指導する「ティーチングモード」を用意しているので、初めてエアロビクスをする人も安心だ。

   また、「シェイプアップモード」は、全身の基礎代謝をアップさせる運動、「うで」「おなか」「ふともも」「ひざ下」から気になる部分を集中的にシェイプアップする運動の2パターンから選択。ダンベル体操、腹筋運動など地道な努力を要するエクササイズも、音楽に合わせて楽しく行える。このほか、肩こりや腰痛の解消に役立つ「ストレッチモード」も搭載している。

   別売りのコントローラから入力されるデータを利用して、プレイ消費カロリーなどをグラフ表示できるので、毎日の健康管理に最適。運動不足の人、運動がなかなか続けられない人にうってつけのタイトルである。（福島ヒデユキ）

届いてから一週間でウエストと太股が細くなり、びっくりしています。(体重は減りませんが(^_^;))
普段なかなか運動できない主婦にとっては、強い味方ではないでしょうか。私も運動不足で産後太りに苦しむ専業主婦。周りを気にせずに出来るところや、子供とバタバタ遊べるところもいいところですね。

曲数が少ないのと、エアロビクスのモードがもっと欲しいということで、星４つにしました。

エアロビクスなので、同じ動作を長く続けますが、
さほど単調な感じはありませんでした。
ＤＤＲほど飛んだり跳ねたりしないので、
体調にあわせて上手に利用できると思います。
同じコントローラーは使いますが、対象ユーザーも目的も
ＤＤＲとは別のものだと感じました。

コースを変えてプレイしても、消費カロリーをトータルで

自動で記録してくれますし、ダイエットや運動不足を解消したい
女性には実用的で便利でだと思います。
楽しさを強く求める方には、ちょっと不向きかな？
あと、配色もデザインが、男性には…ですね。(^^;)

まだ始めたばかりなので、とりあえず星４つということで。

正直、全くといっていいほど運動をしていなかったので、5分程度のビギナーコースをやっただけでハアハアしてしまいました。ぜんぜん動きについていけなかったし…。あと、肩のストレッチコースをやったら激痛がはしりました。でも誰にも見られていないので気にしません。練習してうまくなったらフィットネスクラブに行ってかっこよくエアロっちゃおうかと思っています。外にでるのが面倒な人にお勧めです。
