1973年のジャズディスク大賞金賞受賞アルバム。もともとピアノ曲が好きなので、発売されてすぐ買いました。以来レコードは擦り切れるほど聴き、ＣＤが出てＣＤも買いました。ＣＤのほうが裏返す手間がなく音楽にのめりこめます。５曲入っていますが、それぞれ単曲で鑑賞するというよりは初めから終わりまでぶっとうしで聞きとおすべきと思います。終わったときには軽い虚脱感と至福感を感じます。ピアノが好きな人には是非聴いてもらいたい１枚。
