DISC1･･･「DANCE」から７曲。
　　　　　ミツルさん時代の過去の曲、４曲。
DISC2･･･森園さん時代の過去の曲、５曲。
　　　　「DANCE」から４曲。
四人囃子の名曲を、当時最新アルバムの「DANCE」と、音色を一緒にして全く違和感なく並べた力作。ライブだけど、ライブに思えない。上手過ぎ。

選曲については、ミツルさん時代の曲が少なすぎ。「NEON」からもう２曲くらい演って、ぶちかまして欲しかった。時はバンド・ブーム全盛期。「NEON」は一番パンクな四人囃子なのに、残念･･･。

DISC2は、四人囃子の全アルバムの中で一番よく聴く。音が明るくて、気持ちいいのだ。１~６曲までの新旧おりまぜた流れが完璧。「DANCE」で生まれた名曲「眠い月」「NEVER　ENDING　~」が森園さん時代の曲と全く劣ることなく優れていることが分かる。時代のギャップも感じない。

もうこういうアルバムを出されると、四人囃子の各メンバーに(これ大事！)時代を超えた作曲能力があると認めざるを得なくなる。
まだ、この他にも坂下さんの「泳ぐなネッシー」「昼下がり~」、茂木さんの「カーニバル~」と、いい曲がもれてるのだから。
