   魔界の時期女王候補のメグは同じく候補であるノンともども、現女王から命じられ修業のために人間界で暮らすことに。調査官として送り込まれたチョーサンとクロー、フルフルたちにちょっかいを出されながらも、人間界で楽しく、トラブルに巻き込まれながらも生活していく。それまでの魔女っ子ものの主人公たちはもう少し幼かったのに対し、メグたちは中学3年生という設定がされており、子どもでもない大人でもない、微妙なお年頃の女の子の健全なお色気に、当時の思春期を迎えたか迎えないくらいの子どもたちが強烈に惹きつけられたことは想像に難くない。（田中　元）

　オープニングの歌詞にもあるように、ちょっと今までの魔女物よりも年齢が高いです。それだけにラブコメや女王候補者同士の戦いなどみどころもあります。メグよりも、ノンのファンだった女の子も多かったはずです。
