透明感にあふれたハーモニーは圧倒的。非常に洗練されたコーラスを聴かせてくれます。ソリストも同様。
澄んだ美しい音色は、時にそのタイトルである冬の冷たいしんとした空気を漂わせながら、時にぬくもりを感じさせる…部屋を明からすろうそくの光や暖炉の火のように。女声と男声が耳に心地よく響いてきます。

冬の歌ということですが、どの季節に聞いてもきっと心穏やかな気持ちになれそうです。でも、やはり、冬の寒い日に聞いたら、とてもはまりそう！

アイルランドの聖歌やトラッドソングを得意とするANUNAの、クリスマスソング集です。日本でもクリスマスの時期になるとお馴染みの歌も、沢山収録されています。彼らの清澄なハーモニーが十二分に堪能できる一枚。クリスマスとは、イエス・キリストの生誕を祝う日であるということを今更ながら、ひしひしと感じさせてくれる厳かで静謐な祈りに満ちています。

クリスマスの喧騒を好まない方にはとりわけ、必聴の一枚です。勿論、クリスマスということにこだわらず、最高のヒーリングアルバムとしても十分楽しめますよ☆
