 『カオス レギオン（CHAOS LEGION）』は、「ファンタジー・オペラ」ともいえる内容である。壮大な世界観を持つ本作は、召喚獣レギオンを使った新戦闘システムを取り入れたアクションゲーム。視点を360度、どの方向にも向けられる「フリーカメラ」システムの採用により、自由度が高く、迫力ある3Dバトルを実現している。

   舞台は、聖界と堕界が重なりあう世界アルカーナ。禁忌とされる闇の力を操る「黒印騎士団」の若き剣士ジークは、かつての親友ドラクロワの追跡者として選抜される。「外典イザーク」に記された聖地を巡るドラクロワ、ドラクロワにより闇に落とされた街を浄化する「銀の乙女」アーシア、そして、ジークとドラクロワが唯一心を許せる女性シーラ…この4人により、物語は複雑に展開していく。

   本作の戦闘モードは、ジーク単独で行動する「アサルトモード」、レギオンたちがジークを取り囲み守ってくれる「フォースモード」、1体の敵をレギオンが集中攻撃する「ロックオンシュート」など多彩。レギオンが背後からではなく、先頭に立って戦ってくれるので心強い限りだ。レギオンは戦闘経験を積むとレベルアップし、増員や特殊能力が取得できるようになり、さらに強いレギオン軍団になっていく。

   俳優の押尾学（ジーク役）、女優のりょう（シーラ役）といった豪華声優陣も見逃せない。（田中あきら）

かなり迷って買いました。
全体にあっさり、クリアまでのステージ数も少なめ。マップもミッションもわかりやすく、サクサク進められる。
プレイのコツが掴めてくると、レギオン戦闘が結構面白くなってきます。
プレイヤーキャラとレギオンの攻撃など操作が多い、レギオンのLv.上げが面倒、など

慣れるまで色々ありますが、テクニカルな操作がないので操作そのものは難しくないかと。
気分転換にプレイするような手軽なゲーム、というのが全体の感想です。

また難点としては、ボイスが酷い・爽快感が意外に少ない・ストーリーが全体に大味、とか…。
１周目ノーマルクリア後に登場するLIVの特典映像は必要だったのかなぁ（笑）。

レギオンシステムはじわじわと面白くなってくるので、遊び甲斐はありそうです。
２周目以降を楽しむ、という感じかと。
あと、プレイ感はDMCとぜんぜん違いますね（漠然とイメージしてたんで…）。

暇つぶしに買ってみましたが、アクション苦手な私でも
結構サクサク進めます。レギオン召喚したら、ほぼ全滅してくれるし。
アクション苦手の人にもお勧めします
ただ声優がいかんねっ、主人公のジークは押尾学さんらしいが
棒読みのうえに声低すぎでキャラのイメージに合わない、
低すぎて言ってる事わかんないしーっっまぁプロの声優じゃない

からしょうがないんだけど・・・
感情移入は出来ませんね。

かなり期待して買ったのですが、それほどでもなくてがっかりしました。
なんといっても声優陣が・・・なんだコレ~！？って感じです。
なんだか傍観者的立場でプレーしてる気がしてしまいました。
ムービーは綺麗ですしアクションは簡単でよかったのですが、
あまりに単調なアクションで（力押しで勝てるので）すぐ飽きてしまいました。

レギオンのシステムは良かったと思いますが。
