NIRVANAが一体どんなバンドなのか、全く知らない状態でこのアルバムを聴きました。
どこか気怠げな歌い方がすごく耳に残ります。
ファンの方の中では、選曲が間違っているとの声も上がっているようですが、私のような初心者にとっては、
このアルバムに入っている曲は何の難しい見方もなく、良い曲だと感じますので、
もっとNIRVANAの曲を聴いてみたいと思えるアルバムですね。
なので、そういうことを考えると、良い曲の入った、良いアルバムだと思います。
ファンの方にとって、これがベストアルバムと言えるのかどうかはわかりませんが…
あくまでも、初心者の意見です。

NIRVANAは好きで全アルバムを持っているけど、この１曲目のために買った。
　１曲目はまさにNIRVANAの全ての要素を含んだような永遠の曲であり、心を突き動かす雰囲気に満ちている。
　
ただ全体的に、ベスト盤としての選曲や曲順は、個人的に最高とは言えない。
　やっぱりNIRVANAはアルバム一つ一つを聴くに限る。
その時々の微妙な変化がベスト盤では感じられず、寄せ集めに過ぎない。
　どの曲も好きな曲だけど、もし私が選曲するなら「LOVE BUZZ」は絶対に入れていただろう。

突然発売されたNIRVANAのBESTアルバム。
長い間噂が流れていた分だけ物足りないような感じである。
未発表曲は１曲あるが、オムニバス「NO ALTERNATIVE」収録曲等の正規アルバム未収録曲を入れたり、ライブ音源を使うなら未発表音源を使うなどの工夫をして欲しかった。
（U2のベストみたいなのが理想かな？）

しかし、これ１枚でNIRVANAの入門編的作品集（音もリマスターされて良くなっている）であることは間違い無いと思います。
