１曲目の「SILENT NIGHT」からいきなり好みのリズムパターン。山下達郎の「甘く危険な香り」、オリジナルラヴの「KISS」なんかを連想する、あのドッドッダドッドッていう低く響く音。そこにシックなバックトラックが乗っかり、やがてミズノマリのボーカルが。彼女の声がまた良いです。アンニュイで艶があって切なくて、どこか懐かしい。１曲目の余韻を残しながら入る２曲目「SONGFORYOU」のホーンアレンジによる展開もやられました。上品な確信犯たちの優雅な仕事ぶりは触れてみる価値ありだと思います！

ホーンセッションを前面に出した彼等らしいアレンジメントを堪能できる
paris matchの4thアルバム。

収録分数だけを見たらミニアルバムなのだが、タイトルから察するに定義
としてはフルアルバムなのだろう。いや、別に批判的な意味で述べている
訳ではなく、フルアルバム並みの手間ひまと、高いクオリティがぎっしり
詰まっているので、それはそれで素晴らしいことかと。
是非ともデジタルメモリ/HDDプレーヤーに彼等の他のタイトルと共に入れ
て旅へ。どんな情景でも楽曲がぴったりと合うように見えるのは彼等の為
せる業なのか?それとも私の勝手な思い込みなのか?
