　このCD、宮川彬良さんによるヤマトの吹奏楽用新編曲がどんなものかを聞きたくて購入しました。ところが、はまってしまったのは「ズームイン・朝!!」テレビのバックで流れていたののは、こんなにも楽しい曲だったのか、ということで自分が所属している吹奏楽団の定期演奏会で、楽譜のレンタルをお願いして演奏してしまいました。もちろん、コンサートでは大ウケ！シンプルな構成で高い演奏効果に感嘆しました。　惜しいのは収録時間がちょっと短いこと。内容的には'60年代生まれの自分にとってはニヤニヤ、ウキウキしてしまう曲ばかりで、3世代共演も3世代暮らしとしては羨ましい限りです。聞き終わったあとに、ああ楽しかった、と思える佳作です。本命だったヤマトも、これまでの吹奏楽用編曲と一線を画しており、いつか演奏したいと思っています。

６０年代のＴＶ番組でお馴染みの曲の数々、、、
巨匠、宮川泰先生の曲は素晴らしい！
宮川先生のファンはもちろん、ＴＶ番組の音源としても
このＣＤは貴重な作品集です。

最近はご子息の彬良氏も御活躍で嬉しいです。

私の所属している市民吹奏楽団では
ヤマトの楽譜が発売されたら、すぐに購入して

定期演奏会で披露しましたが、これがまた、お客様には絶賛！でした。

作曲家というより編曲家としての宮川泰氏を聴きたくて購入したのだが、氏の手による編曲は全１４曲中３曲のみ（１，４，８）。残りは、ご子息の彬良氏によるもの。もちろん、それはそれで作品としては悪くはないのだが、めくるめく泰アレンジワールドを存分に堪能しようという期待を寄せていた私としてはちょっとがっかり。事前にもっとよく調べて、承知の上で購入すればこんな不満もなかったかもしれない…という思いにほんの少々の後悔の念。ちなみに、泰氏が指揮をとるのは８曲目と１２曲目で、そのほかは彬良氏です。
