   1994年から放映されたガンダムシリーズの一作。第1話~16話を収録。シリーズとはいうものの、これまでの「機動戦士」シリーズにおける宇宙世紀とは異なる世界を舞台に、今までガンダムとしてはあえて避けてきた方向性、つまりはこれまで築き上げてきたリアルロボット路線ではなく、ロボットアニメの原点回帰ともいうべきスーパーロボット路線を打ち出した野心作。
   汚れた地球を捨ててスペースコロニーへと去った人類が、コロニー間戦争を避けるためにそれぞれの代表をガンダムに乗せ、ファイトと称して戦い、最後まで勝ち残ったガンダムのコロニーが主導権を握るというガンダムファイトが繰り広げられる。出てくるマシーンのほとんどがガンダムというインパクトのある設定を、今川泰宏によるインパクト最高の演出で見せる。（田中 元）

熱くて熱くて暑苦しいのが好きな熱血漢に見てほしい。
もちろん、熱血漢に憧れる男子、熱血漢好きな女子諸君にも是非！

ただし、最近のヒネたアニメがお好みだとちょっと苦しいかも。
でも良さがわかってしまった人は「嗚呼！私は選ばれたのだ！」
とか盛大に喜んで、楽しんで、泣いて、熱くなってほしいです。

熱い心を呼び覚ませ！

師匠ぉぉぉぉぉぉぉ！
兄さぁぁぁぁぁぁん！
そして、お前が欲しいぃぃぃぃ！！

↑良さがわかるとこうなります

ミスター味っ子で一躍アニメ界に衝撃を与えた
今川艦長（監督ではなく、艦長が正しい！）が
ねっからの香港好きな面と、ガンダムを掛け合わせて
とんでもない作品を作ってしまいましたが
百聞は一見とは、まさにこのこと！！
歴代ガンダムシリーズで、1番のオニッコですが
1番の傑作だと断言します。
兄、師匠、レインと3度必ず泣ける感動巨編です！！

関智一の演技力にも、惚れ惚れしました！！

正直に告白します。
ＴＶで放送していた時、ぼろくそに言っていました。
あんなのはガンダムじゃないと…
これを、若さゆえの過ちというのでしょう。
ただ後悔しか無かった。
だから、このＤＶＤ-ＢＯＸが出るとわかって、まっさきに予約しました。
これ程に熱く、漢（おとこ）の話はガンダムに無かった。
ファイターは、拳で分かり合えるのです。

ある意味ニュータイプに代わる思想ともいえますよね。
そういった意味でもちゃんとガンダムしています。
誰にも『こんなのガンダムじゃない』とは言わせません。

このＤＶＤ-ＢＯＸ１は、師匠が出てくるまで少しダルいですが、東方不敗と共にこの作品は盛り上がっていきます。
素手でＭＳを倒す師匠に圧巻の一言。

余計な概念を捨てて全てをこの作品に委ねましょう。
そうすれば、わかるはずです。
この作品の良さがね。

さぁ皆で叫びましょう！

『第１３回ガンダムファイトォォオ。レディー・ゴーォオッ！』
