Ｌ.Ａ出身の４人組のメジャー・デビュー・アルバム。”フック”のある、良質な楽曲が揃っている。ライヴの熱気を感じるようなヘヴィなナンバーあり、ストリングスをフィーチャーした壮大な曲あり、ヒップホップ調の曲ありと、じつに多彩である。しかし、いろんなタイプの曲があるにも関わらず、バラつきがなく、ひとつの作品として、ジ・エクシーズの作品としてまとまっているところが凄いと思う。彼らが幅広い音楽ルーツを持ち、そしてそれをきちんと消化できている証拠だろう。多彩な楽曲の中に、必ず心にひっかかるメロディーがあると思う。聴いてみる価値あり！

久々に捨て曲のないアルバムである。
曲調はモダンロックだが、1曲1曲に魂が込められている。
曲が良いのもさることながら、プロデューサーがExiesの
音楽にとてもマッチしていると思う。
マットサーレティックは、現在売れっ子の敏腕プロデューサー
である。彼のプログラミングがとても曲に対して
良いスパイスとなって、何度聴いてみても新しい発見がある。


ソングライター兼ボーカルギターのScott曰く、My Goddes
のボーカルの処理は、デモの段階とほとんど変わらないそうだ。
だから、プロデューサーも良いけど、やっぱバンドそのものの
力がすごい。

オススメ！　1,3,4,5,7,9,11

inmeのようなバンドかと思って聴いたら全然違った。ライブをそのままディスクに詰め込んだような強い光を放っている。3が好き。1のビデオが見れるエンハンスド仕様。
