   臼井儀人原作の人気TVアニメの劇場版第1作。いたずら好きの幼稚園児、のはらしんのすけとその家族や周辺の人々を巻き込んでの騒動を描くのがTV版のパターン。劇場版は、映画ならではのスケールの大きな、それでいて「クレヨンしんちゃん」の世界観を壊さない長編SFとして制作された。
   TV版でも準レギュラーの特撮ヒーロー、アクション仮面。しかし彼は実はパラレルワールドからやってきた超人だった。ハイグレ魔王に支配された世界の平和を守るため、のはら一家はパラレルワールドへと赴（おもむ）く。
   子どもには理解しづらそうな設定を手際よくさばき、なおかつギャグを全編にまぶしつつ物語もテンポよく展開する。お世辞抜きで子どもだけでなく大人も一緒に楽しめる傑作である。（田中　元）

地球侵略にやってきた謎の宇宙人、その名もハイグレ魔王。東京の中心を占拠したハイグレは、手下のTバック男爵やハラマキ・レディース、戦闘員パンストーンに命じて、人々を次々にハイグレ魔王の傘下に組み入れてゆく。このままでは世界はおしまいだ。ハイグレ魔王を倒せるのはアクション仮面だけ。たすけて、アクション仮面ー!!!
…という、「特撮ヒーロー」ものの王道をゆくストーリーに、クレヨンしんちゃんでおなじみのギャグが満載されている大傑作です。ハイグレ魔王を演じるのは、希代の名優・野沢那智。めちゃめちゃ怪しい宇宙人がはまり役です。オープニングで披露される劇中劇「アクション仮面」も特撮ヒーローをまじめに再現した非常に見応えのあるものです。アクション仮面の敵役スケルトン教授ゾンビンビーが、死神博士を思わせる存在感を発揮しています。また、シロがしゃべるいちばん最初の作品でもあります。

信じる事は力である、そんな言葉を思わせる映画です。

しんのすけにとってアクション仮面は憧れのヒーロー、絶対に悪に屈しないと信じています。だからこそ５歳児の小さな体で魔王やその手下に立ち向かう程の大きな力が湧いてきたのだろうな…なんて思いながら映画を観ていました。

いつもはお莫迦ばかりのしんちゃんですが、何かをすべき時は一生懸命する子なのです！そんな子供の気ままさ、可愛らしさに溢れている映画なので見ていて微笑ましいかと思います。もちろんギャグは盛り沢山！アクション仮面の秘密も一杯出てきます！

今、正義の味方を信じている子供達に、
昔、正義の味方を信じていた大人達に、
お勧めしたい作品です。

今までDVD化されなかったのが不思議な[クレしん映画]。無理して、中古ビデオ集めてた私はバカ？特にアニメファンじゃないけど、しんちゃんの映画は別格。近作のノスタルジックなストーリーが高い評価を受けていたが、意外にも映画全作品に共通して感じられるのが[忘れかけていた憧憬]。セリフを抑えたシーンの静かな描写は、まさに子供時代に感じた[知らないことばかりの世界]。公開されるたびに、そして作品を観るたびに、ヒットするのか、次回作はあるのか心配になるほど[大人が観てオモシロイ]。DVD発売に踏み切ってくれた事に深く感謝したい。決して、時代と共に風化してしまう作品ではないのだから・・・。
