原作の「二重螺旋」では、兄側の心理にあまり触れていないせいか、やや食い足りない感があります。続編の「愛情連鎖」ではそれが見事に昇華されていて、小説の方はこの二作を以って吉原作品として成り立っていると言ってもいいでしょう。

本ＣＤは、その二作からエピソードが抽出され、かなり巧みにまとめられており、数あるドラマＣＤ作品の中でも秀逸な出来だと思われます。
なので、原作の「二重螺旋」だけを読んで購入に二の足を踏んでる方には続編の「愛情連鎖」を読んでからの判断をオススメします。

また、ＣＤならではの新たな「グっとくる」セリフが満載で、吉原節のファンならば「買い」だと断言します。兄に翻弄される中学時代の「ナオ」の「あのセリフ」にメロメロになりそうです。
また、キャスティングも見事にはまっています。

三木氏、緑川氏ともにＢＬでは定番とも言えるベテランさんですが、原作の味わいをかなり深く理解されているように聞こえました。なので他の作品のキャラクターが浮かぶということはないと思われます。両氏のファンにもオススメです。
続編期待の五つ星ＣＤです。

作品のテーマがテーマだけに、とにかく全体を通して暗いイメージで
場面場面が断片的なので、原作を読まずに聴くのはお勧めしませんが
原作を知っている方なら、とても満足できる内容になっていると思います。
シリーズ1作目の『二重螺旋』と2作目の『愛情鎖縛』にまたがってのストーリーで、原作者の吉原さんが脚本も担当しているだけあって

なかなかディープで、それなりにお楽しみもありつつの展開です。
結構、声がかぶって語りが入っている部分が多くて、そこがちょっともの足りなさもあるのですが・・・(という事で、★４つ)
何と言っても、声優さんの演技にの素晴らしさには感服です。
是非、原作ファンには聴いて頂きたいです!!

私は原作の方を全く知らない状態でこれを聞きましたが(声優ファンですのでいつもの事ですが。(笑))、やはり声優さんって、凄いです。
特に、緑川さんの演技が印象深いでした。
微妙な感じでお上手な高校生のお声、さすが緑川さん･･･
その上、実の兄に･･･と言う状況での真の恐怖感が、聞いている人にも伝わるような素晴らしい演技でした。

内容の方は設定が少し苦手ですが(苦笑)、軽い感じのＢＬＣＤよりはこっちの方がお気に入りです、暗くて、重くて、緊張しながら聞いてしまう･･･と言う。
ＢＧＭも雰囲気びったりで、音だけのＣＤとしては何一つ突っ込む所がない１枚だと思います。
