Also Included is a Newly Annotated 16 Page Color Booklet that Includes Lyrics, Photos and Memorabilia. The Liner Notes were Written by Mark Paytress of Mojo's Collections Magazine. The Tony Visconti Produced "Tanx" is Best Remembered for the Three Hit Singles "Children of the Revolution", "Solid Gold Easy Action" and the 21st Century Pop Phenomenon of "20th Century Boy".

70sはじめ、THE SLIDERでバカ売れしたT.Rex。
勢いそのままに出したMarc Bolan渾身の意欲作。
だが当時、本作の評価は低かった。
THE SLIDERに較べ、妙な明るさがあって、その分ミステリアスな魅力が消えてしまった感がある。
ファンにとって、それがつまらなかったのかもしれない。
ファンはいつも身勝手だ。
この後、それにつられるように、Marc Bolanは徐々に失速していくことになる。
しかし、この２枚組、買って損はない。
１枚目のオリジナルTANXに+ボーナス7曲（正確には６曲）。
#18〜19は当時のアナログシングルにのみ入っていたクリスマスメッセージ付20th Century Boy。
2枚目は以前LEFT HAND LUKE-THE ALTERNATE TANXというタイトルで出されていたアルバムまるごとアウトテイク集（全23曲）。
このCD自体入手困難になりつつあるので、ファンには一石二鳥のコレクターズ・アイテムになる。
