　以前松本人志がこんなことを言っていたことがある。

「僕、ただの天才ですからね」

　このDVDを見ると、その言葉はあながち間違ってはいないと思える。極限まで突き詰めた笑いというものはこういうもののことを言うのだろう。「一人ごっつ」「新・一人ごっつ」「松ごっつ」からの厳選されたDVDであるが、とりわけ「新・一人ごっつ」は才能が爆発している。ナンセンスと馬鹿さ加減の極致である「タイムスリップショッピングダンス」、もはや狂気といってもいい「マネキンとコント」なんかはテレビコントの概念が変わる。
　一般人を置いてきぼりにし、尚且つ非常に高いレベルで作品として仕上げるその才能には脱帽である。一人ごっつが放送されて８年経つが未だにこれを超えるお笑い番組は無いと感じさせられる。とりあえず必見。

この頃までの松本人志は笑いの神そのものだった
次から次へとアイデアが出たのだと思う。そしてビジュアルバム
を作った。惜しいのはビジュアルバムが別のタイトルでも良いから
続かなかった事。今度公開する映画よりも、ピーク時の世界中でも
稀な笑いの才能をもった作品を一つでも多く見たかった。

おもしろいといか言いようが無い。７年以上前のテレビでこの
クオリティー。いま、このレベルまで達している番組は無い。
今後も出ないだろう。最近「松本っておもしろいか？」という
意見もあるが、これを見ればぐうの音も出ないはずだ。
また、レンタルでもあるビデオではなく、ＤＶＤは特典映像
（「面雀」など）や倉本美津留氏と松本も解説副音声があるので
絶対おすすめである。
