CDに関するコメントを書くのは初めてになります。hitomiはCandy Girlの頃からファンで、発売と同時にこのCDも購入しました。DISC1は最近の曲で聞きなれたものが多かったですが、まとめて聴いてみると感慨深いものがあります。
DISC2はTKプロデュース時代のアレンジですが、昔のhitomiを知っている私としては、オリジナル盤の方が良かったです。

いつもこの手のベスト版で思うことだが、
変なリミックスや別バージョンを収録せずに、
全てシングル版のオリジナルで収録してほしいものだ。
あと一曲二曲未収録のがあったり、
オリジナルの収録されたアルバムやシングルを買わせたいのは分かるが、
実に迷惑。
十数年たってもレコードの原盤会社のやる事は進歩せん。

最近hitomiを聞き始めた人、またデビューからhitomiを聞いている人にとっても、このベストは是非聞いてほしいベストです。そして、なんと言っても興味が湧くのはDisc2のリアレンジ・歌いなおしの楽曲だと思います。小室プロデュース時の曲を今のhitomiらしさ、自分らしさで歌っていて、曲がリアレンジされた事もありますが、それ以上に最近のhitomiの姿が気持ちで伝わってくる気がします。その中でもちょっと面白いのが、４曲目 GO TO THE TOP now&then Verで、ほかのリアレンジとは変わったつくりになっています。この曲を聴くときは歌詞をよく聞きながら聴いていると、なぜこうしたのかが「なるほどな~」とわかると思います。このベストを聴いた人は、是非昔のAlbumも聴いて音じゃない今との違いを感じ取ってみてほしいですね。
