一曲目の「レスター」から、涙が優しく頬をつたっていきます。どの曲も、完璧な仕上がりとしか言いようがありません。毎日聴いていますが、飽きることなく、むしろ日に日に味わい深いものに変わっていくのです。こんなアーティストには初めて出逢いました。どの曲も、妥協のない、確かな強い意志と、こだわり、そして温かさや、優しさに満ち溢れています。最後の「陽は西から昇る」は、前を向いて歩いていく勇気を与えてくれます。彼の曲さえあれば、私の音楽人生は満足だとさえ思ってしまう・・それほどまでに完成度の高いアルバムだと言えると思います。声を張り上げ、のどを鳴らして歌を歌うべき人だと本当に思わされる、貴重な一枚です。

とにかくそんじょそこらのアーティストとはあらゆる面で格が違う！歌唱力や表現力、創造力、どれをとっても超一品だと思います。このCDにはあの大ヒット曲「さくら」も収録されていますし、「さくら」の他にもものすんごくいい曲がたくさん入ってますよ。彼の曲ってどれも一曲一曲丁寧に作ってあるから、本当にハズレ無し！！という感じです。

言葉ひとつひとつを大切な宝物のようにふんわりと歌うところが素敵。
聴いてる人の心をそっとやさしく包んでくれそうな声。
大好き。
