ダンスを初めからやりたい人はダンススタイル・ベーシックも一緒に買うこともお勧めします。
ブレイカーズではパワームーブなどの紹介はしていますが、６歩や５歩などの基本ステップは紹介されていないので、ダンス初心者の人はベーシックを一緒に購入したほうがいいと感じました。
知識や経験がある人ならこのDVDだけでもいいかもしれません。

パワームーブをやりたい人にはこのDVDをお勧めします。
ちなみに僕はベーシックも同時に購入しました。

ジローやマックスなどの技はとてもわかりやすく説明してあり。
特にフリーズの参考がとても役に立ちそうでした。。
１９９０やヘッドスピンなどのパワームーブの方は少し説明が少なかった気もするけど基本的なやり方はつかめると思います。
特にウィンドが詳しく説明してあります。
ブレイカーを目指す人は必見ですね♪

基本ステップのフットワークから高度なパワームーブまでと範囲が広くて、初心者~中級者には必見です。ISSOPさんをはじめ有名なB-BOYが丁寧に教えてくださります。ルーティーンとかあるし繋ぎの例みたいのもやってるのでいいかと思います。
DVDなので一つ一つの技がメニューで選択できるので学びたいものがすぐに見つかり、再生できるのも魅力でした。
