金城武さんのファンなので、このドラマのDVDはどうしても手元においておきたい作品です。芥川周くんにいつでも会えます♪　
BOXセットだと1巻目にメーキングも入っているので、ドラマの撮影の様子や、記者会見の様子、CMスポットのメーキングの説明もあって楽しめます。

メーキングはボックスセットにしか入っていないそうなので、ボックスセットで買うことをお勧めします。

インターナショナルな活躍を続ける金城武。彼に似合うのはシリアス系の２枚目役より、こういうウイットに富んだ２枚目半役だと思います。

この作品で野島伸司の脚本は、ポールアンカの曲同様、ノスタルジックな空気が流れている感じ。ギリギリの線でベタなイメージから逃れているそのスリルがたまらない。金城武が演じるとキザな仕草もつぶやきも全部かっこいい！黒木瞳とのやり取りもトコトンしゃべりまくりで、小気味よくってスカッとするし。手元において何度も見たい作品です。

シリアスなイメージの強い二人、黒木・金城コンビが繰り広げるバトル。　テンポのいい会話では笑わせ、ボウリングのシーンでは真剣な表情とその勇姿でため息をつかせる。　毎回現れるおかしな挑戦者たちや意外な出演者なども盛りだくさん。　
このドラマ、何といっても主役二人のキャラの絶妙さが「売り」なのですが、特に金城君の”寂しげな瞳の心優しき２枚目半”キャラが光ります。　ケンケン怒鳴っても可愛く見える黒木さんもうらやましい。
メルヘンチックなラストだってラブコメなんだから、あり！ですよね。
