   函館に住む少女ひかる（宮崎あおい）のお尻に、ある朝突然シッポが生えていた。はじめ悩んでいた彼女だが、地元の記者（萩原聖人）にシッポ姿のスクープ写真を撮られたことから、シッポをつけて歩く“パコダテ人”が函館中で大流行してしまうのだが…。
 『SWING MAN』の前田哲監督が、同作で印象的な存在感を披露した宮崎あおいを主演に描く青春ファンタスティック・コメディー映画。ドラマの後半、シッポ人間を差別・隔離しようとする体制や民衆側の描写で若干テイストが陰鬱に変わるあたりは残念だが、全体的にはポップで可愛らしい作りを信条としており、『EUREKA』『害虫』とは一転した宮崎あおいの明るい個性を醸しだすアイドル映画として、気持ちよく成立している。函館の町並みを魅力的に捉えた浜田毅のカメラも秀逸。（的田也寸志）

大泉洋はじめチーム北海道（ＮＡＣＳ）の面々が大挙出演していて、
北海道人としてはうれしい限り。
函館の町並みや、ハセストの「やきとり弁当」など、地域振興もばっちり。
そして今をときめく「ＮＡＮＡのハチ」こと宮崎あおいのキュートでいじらしい演技！
ファンにはたまらない作品となることでしょう！

内容的にも人情喜劇になっていて、懐かしいようなほっとするような、
それでいて展開も飽きず、あったかい気持ちになるストーリーです。

掘り出し物としてとっても得した気分になります！

北海道函館市内で銭湯を営む一家の二女に突然しっぽが生えてしまったことで巻き起こる大騒動ファンタジック・コメディ。子供っぽいという当たり前な感想も否定しないが、素直に好感の持てる面白い作品だと思う。「しっぷ」と「しっぽ」のダジャレから、ここまでの映画ができてしまう爽快な感じがステキだ。寅さん亡き後、こうした地方の庶民的な雰囲気がふんだんにあるだけでもニコニコほんわかしてしまいますよね。

大泉洋さん目当てだったので、内容にはそれ程期待はしてませんでした。が、それは大きな間違い！宮崎あおいさん・松田一沙さんのキュートでいじらしい演技がすごくイイんです。始まってすぐひきこまれ、笑って涙して見終わった後に心がほんわか。子供も大人も楽しめるいい映画です。見て良かったです。木村・森中・明石他STVアナウンサーらの熱演ぶりも北海道の人には嬉しいのでは。スペシャルエディションというには特典映像が物足りないのが残念な点。
