敵と戦い、交渉して仲魔にし、戦わせたり合成して新たな仲魔を造り出して進めてゆく２D視点のRPG。『女神転生外伝』とあるが、世界観や雰囲気は別物。　個性的なキャラクターの織り成すストーリーとそれを盛り上げるサウンドが魅力的で、独特の世界観、雰囲気を構築しています。1つの作品としての完成度は高いです。　操作性に難はありますが、それでもプレイする価値は十分にあります。特にサウンドは素晴らしいので、是非聴いてみて頂きたいです。

最新のゲームではなく、しかも昔のゲームボーイのソフトなのに、それにしてはストーリーの量が膨大でありがたい。当時はゲームボーイでドラゴンクエストシリーズがまだ発売されてなかったので、当時の段階ではゲームボーイのソフトの中では一番ストーリーが長いロープレだった事だろう。長く遊べる作品に仕上がっている。

ただし欠点もある。
一つ目は操作性。
詳しく言うと、ウィンドウの開閉が煩わしい。特に装備をし直す時などの操作に違和感を持った。
二つ目は仲間(仲魔)にできるモンスターの数に関して。
仲間(仲魔)に出来るモンスターを連れて歩ける数に制限があるため、多くのモンスターを同時に仲間にできないからつらい。

こういった細かな欠点が気にならない人ならば、全体的には良いゲームなのでオススメできます！
