なので、
ストイコビッチ（ピクシー）、ホンミョンボ、井原正巳、高木拓也、前園真聖、北澤豪、中西哲夫、小倉隆史など、今や監督、解説者で活躍なさっている、なつかしの選手達が今作ではまだ現役で登場します。海外組では稲本、中田浩二、小笠原、中村俊輔もいます。

…ただし、背番号更新なし、レンタル移籍なし、トップチーム１６人（サテライトに居る選手は育成不可。）
等、その後のシリーズで加えられた便利なシステムはこの頃はまだありません。

しかし今作は１０年もすれば資金に余裕がでてくるので、ＧＰ、ＦＰを集めて、Ｊで無敵の常勝チームに。
その後は少しづつスタジアムを改築。
ホームタウンの人口を増やし、自分好みの街に成長させていく。
夢のビッククラブにしていくのは割と簡単で、地味にハマリます。

価格もかなり安いので、なつかしの選手を集めて世界最強チーム作る。など、遊び方次第でけっこう楽しめるのではないでしょうか。

続編が出てるゲームですが、dcユーザーでとりあえず遊べるものを・・・と考えている方には十分勧められるソフトです。クラブの経営者兼総監督として運営するゲームで、開始当初の勝てない･金がないというハラハラ感はしっかり楽しめます。試合は勝手に進んでいくので、スポーツゲームというより、完全なシミュレーションゲームと考えたほうがいいです。忙しい操作はまったくありません。そして、施設を拡張しながら、いい監督、いいスカウト、いい選手を擁して世界一になる30―50年くらいまでは、はまることができるソフトと思います。
もちろん、数え上げたらキリがないほど不満は多々ありますが、現在の旧版としての価格なら買って損はありません。

のでこのゲーム印象が良くありません！！（個人的な内容なんですが）。　ホームタウンを青森県弘前市にしたときに出てくる写真ですが、青森市の”ねぶた祭り”がでてきます。　弘前は”ねぷた祭り”です（怒）
そのほかの内容は流通している価格面も含めなかなか楽しめると思います！！　サッカー自体の奥の深さよりも、サッカーをとりまく色々な環境のマネジメントをしていくカンジなんですが、それほど複雑でもなく結構楽しめるんじゃないでしょうか？
　チーム名がもう少し細かく決められるとうれしかったのですが、まぁその点を差し置いても楽しめると思います。
　青森県の弘前市民としては上の一点だけしっかりとされてたら☆四つは確実だなー。　と、思うのですが。
