これは、最近では驚くべき発見。表面的な東洋的な音に惑わされてはいけない。このユニットはピチカートファイブにも通じる凄くストレートなポップユニット。しかもクラブサウンドを少し通過しているのも感じられる。

ボーカルの歌い方が時によってはピチカートの野宮さんを感じさせ、バックの音は軽いエレクトロポップ、ピチカート~福富幸宏のような音。そしてメロディはちょっとひねくれて、キリンジ兄のような時もある。

つまりはとても魅力的なポップソングってこと。

野宮時代のピチカートが好きな人はきっと気にいるはず。

まだメディアでの露出が少ないため知られていないようですが、かなり能力あるユニットだと思います。何かのきっかけで多くの人に知られるようになれば、ブレイクあるかも（期待）

テレビ番組のエンディングに流れているのを聴きまして、カプセルを知りました。（今では、スタジオジブリの絵がかわいい、ハウス食品のコマーシャルで流れていますので、随分知名度がアップしましたね。）この曲は、非常に印象的。アジアとテクノの融合？ＹＭＯ好きの血が騒ぐ感じとでも言えば良いのでしょうか？耳について離れない、グッドソングです。こしじまさんのボーカルも、曲の感じも、ピチカート・ファイブに似ている印象がありますね。しかし、良い物は良いのでございます。テクノポップ、ピチカート・ファイブ好きな方にお聞き頂きたい。自分はカプセルの曲の中、『ミュージック・コントローラー』が一番のお気に入りです。今売り出し中の、『レトロ・メモリー』を購入の際には、是非是非このＣＤもごいっしょに。

今や超売れっ子プロデュサーとなった中田ヤスタカが今のエレクトロでもなく、その前のピチカートファイヴフォロアーなフレンチポップでもなく、カプセル最初期の東洋チックなメロと淡い打ち込み路線のファーストアルバムの路線の完成型にしてカプセル初期の代表曲シングルです。この頃から転調を重ねるポップで中毒性のあるメロディのセンスはただ者ではない。一度聴くと必ず鼻歌で口ずさみたくなるような印象的なメロが満載です。今のカプセルのイメージで聴くと、クラブ色皆無のシンプルなサウンドに驚くと思いますが、この路線（ファーストアルバムだけ）もかなりいいです。最近はあまりに売れすぎて、全部同じような楽曲ばかりとか言われてしまう中田サウンドですが、実際はクラブ系もフレンチも歌謡ポップも何でもできるオールラウンドなクリエイターなのだと実感するはずだ。この頃のカプセルが一番好きという人も結構いるのも納得できるはず。
