待望の 3rd アルバム 『 フォトン 』 。　先の "BLINK " もアルバム・ミックスで収録。　サテライツ （ 衛星 ） を表すその銘もジャケットのみで、J-Techno の正に中心地。　「 Come with Me！」　
　序盤の "LIGHT MY FIRE " から容赦なく 『 PHOTON 』 の世界に引き込まれます。　"PIPER " や "40-FORTY-" などが盛り上げ、見事に "BLINK " が受ける。　そして "LET IT LIFT " がベストヒット。どこかシリアスなまでの空間、そこに響くのはヴォーカル、川島の鋭重な声。　このトラックだけでなく、BBS の音楽は サウンド（ 音 ） と ヴォイス（声 ） の融合が感動的です。

　不安定なまでのエコーが絶妙なメロディを創り、魂を吹き込まれたワーズが刻まれたリズムと重なり、ここにしかないたった一つビートを織りあげます。　磨きが産み出す言葉の音。　これからも彼らの活動に目が離せなくなりました

待ちに待った待望のboomboomの新譜なんですけど、
どーも1ｓｔのイメージが強くて全作も、そうなんだけど、
乗り切れないです。
push ejectみたいなインパクトを求めてるんですが・・・・
いいことはいいんだけど・・・
音遊びがワンパターンになってきてるよーな・・・、
もっとがんばってほしいなーー。

ブンブンの作品は映画で言うとSFです。（ジャケもそんな感じ）。SF小説を読みながらより雰囲気を楽しみたい方のために、そして、現実世界から逃避したい人も、宇宙空間に身を託すためにこのアルバムをお薦めします。きっと気に入ること間違いなしです。
