　タイトル曲がＣＭで既にオンエアされているこのニューシングルには、「人生には様々な道と可能性があるんだ」という思いが込められています。
　また、カップリング曲として収録されている「Ｉ'ｍ Ｓｏｒｒｙ」という曲は、今までのＭｒ．Ｃｈｉｌｄｒｅｎには見られなかった雰囲気を持った曲に仕上がっているということで、タイトル曲、カップリング曲の両方に大きな期待が持てます。

学生時代最後の春、就職活動の際、本当に毎日のように聞いていました。
理想と現実の間で、揺れ動いていた時期に、この曲にこめられたありったけ優しいメッセージに心底励まされました。

描いていた通りの。
青写真通りの未来じゃなくてもいい。
ただ、今、自分がたっている時点で、自分自身納得して「幸せだ」と感じられることが一番大切だと、そう教えてくれました。

あれから２年。
桜井さんからの「一生モノ」のメッセージは、今でも胸の中で輝き続けています。

この曲に出逢えてよかった。

桜井さんが小脳梗塞で活動できなくなったとき
テレビから流れる

「今 僕のいる場所が 望んだ場所と違っても
悪くはない きっと答えは一つじゃない」

という歌詞に励まされた、と言って、
照れ笑いをしていた。

思い通りにならないことは多くて
それに違和感を感じることも多い。
そういったときにこの一曲を。
