極彩色の夢うつつ。異才ユニット・アリプロジェクト。
本作品のテーマは、異端、エロス、情熱、恋情、分裂、ロリータ、
幻想、戦争、魔法、郷愁。ダークなロックから官能ゴシック、
極上ポップス、深層テクノ、etc…（ジャケットシールより）

上記の通り、アリプロアルバムの中では最もバラエティに富んでいる。
曲調も歌い方も統一されてはおらず、だが、
それでもひとつの確固たるワールドを作っている。
ねっとりとした背徳感や耽美「だけ」を求める人向きではないが、
重い題材を健気に美しく歌う『戦争〜』他、
ポップやライトバラードなど、アリプロの様々な面が見える。

アニメなどのテーマから入ったアリプロ初心者の方には、
まず最初にオススメしたい一枚。
ジャケットにはヘビのうろこのような加工がされ、
歌詞カードは蛇腹（折りたたみ）形式になっている。

好きになったきっかけは、「コッペリアの柩」でした。
このＣＤは、ＣＭで流れているのを聴いて、もう買うしかないなと思いました。
聴いてみたら、不思議な感覚でまさにタイトル通りの世界に誘われた気分です。曲調も多彩で厭きません。買ってよかったと思います。

しかしながら、それだけに極端に好き嫌いが判れるらしく、全く理解できない人には、全く受け入れられないものになってしまうかもしれません。
ただ、一度聴いてみる価値は十二分にある作品です。

私が知っていたALIPROJECTは「月蝕グランギニョル」「未来のイブ」「禁じられた遊び」「阿修羅姫」など、アップテンポな、スピード感ある曲ばか理だったのですが、このアルバムを買ってみて凄く意外でした。
とても、ゆったりとしていて落ち着いた感じ（曲調が）の曲が多めで、歌詞も切なかったり、妖しかったりと色々でした。
今まで聞いてきた曲だと、激しい感じばかりだったので印象が少しばかり変わりました。でもどれもいい曲です。

お薦めは当然の如く「赤と黒」「戦争と平和」になりますね。ゆったりとした曲も捨てがたいいのですが、テンポのいいこの2曲がお薦めです。

「赤と黒」は、歌詞がファンタジィックというか「神」「犠牲」とかそんな感じの単語が出てきます。北欧神話（？）っていう印象もうけました。

「戦争と平和」は、聴いててすごい泣きそうになりました。胸にジ~ンと来るものがあります。この世界にはこんな状況があるんだよなぁ・・・・・。ってしみじみ思いました。

今まで聴いてきたALIPROJECTの曲の中でゆっくりとした曲しか聴いたことのない方は特に必聴ですっ！！聴いた事のある方でも十二分にたのしめます！
