アメリカのハードロックバンド、グランドファンクレイルロードのライヴアルバムです。デビューしてから一年ちょいで、本作品を含めて四枚のアルバムをリリースするハイペースですが、どのアルバムもミリオンセラーを記録しています。GFRのコンサートと言えば、非常識までの大音量が有名でした。それは自分達の音楽以外の音を完全にシャットアウトする為だったそうです。もはや体験することの叶わない彼等のライヴをCDとはいえ楽しむことができるなんて、なんて素晴らしいことなんだろう!ここはやはり近所迷惑省みず、大音量で聴くのが正しいGFRのライヴアルバムの楽しみ方なんだろうな!ハードロックファン必聴の名盤です。お薦めします!

テクニックがあるわけでもない。楽曲が独創的なわけでもない。だがパワーがある。スピリットがある。音なんかもう割れてんじゃないのって言う、ものすごい音圧に本当に３人で演奏されているのかと驚かされる。地を這うようにうねるベース、ひたすら激しくビートを打ち続けるドラム、オーバードライブした粘りのあるサウンドを奏でるギター、決して絶叫シャウト系ではないヴォーカルが今の時代に聞くには丁度良い。とにかく３人のバランスが絶妙！とにかく理屈なしに楽しめるハードロックです。

　1970年11月リリース
　当時中学２年生だった。前作「Closer To Home」で洗礼を受け過去２枚も聴き溺れていた矢先に、深夜放送「ｵｰﾙﾅｲﾄ日本」でDJ亀淵昭信（今は社長）が本作を速報し、３曲On Airしたのが本邦発公開であったと確信している。Introduction〜Are You Ready、Heartbreaker、Mark say's Alrightだった。それを聴いて市内の大手レコード店に当時としては異例の輸入版予約をして入荷日に真っ先に購入、全速力で家に帰り母親に耳栓をしてもらって兄貴と大音量で聴きとおした。全曲聴き終わるまで体が硬直し、お互い口も訊かずにお地蔵さん状態だった。
　今、このRe-Masterを聴いても同じだ。これは凄い実況録音盤なのだ。そのシンプルな演奏故に何を勘違いしたのか（幸か不幸か）、「俺達にも出来るかも？」と日本のRock環境は一大躍進をしていったのだった。GFR一世一代の稀有な音源、全人類必聴である。
