タイトル曲はヤイコらしい、とびきりポップで、絢爛で、力強くキャッチーなバンド曲です。
メロディーと曲調の為にスルッと聴けてしまうけど、よく読むと、歌詞は「本気になんかならなくていい」っていう現実的というか、「孤独なカウボーイ」のような乾きが滲み出ていて、それもヤイコらしいなと思いました。


カップリングはトレーシー・チャップマンのカバーです。日本語詞はヤイコ。主人公の半生を絶望とも希望ともとれる歌詞で表しています。ここまで彼女が発売した歌の中では、最も暗く、良い意味で派手さがない歌じゃないでしょうか。
声も歌い方も、この歌の雰囲気にとても合っていると思いました。


ヤイコの歌が気になっている方はゼヒ。

ヤイコさんの曲はいつもメロディーや歌詞が個性的なのに、
共感できるものがとても多かったのですが、
この楽曲は一番気に入っています。ヤイコさんって、どんどん
唄もうまくなっていって、努力してるんだなって思います。
この曲は特に恋愛中の人が聞くと、とっても共感できて、相手に
優しくしなくっちゃって気分にしてくれそうな感じですよ。

ライブ行ってみたいです！
