5.0 out of 5 stars スパボンシリーズの集大成, 2005/4/29
ＳＦＣ版としては最後の作品。それゆえ、今までのシリーズの集大成という要素が強い。例えば、ストーリーモードは今までのシリーズのステージが踏襲され、ステージ数も今までとは比べものにならいほど多い。また、バトルモードは自分で設定できる項目が多く、曲も今までのシリーズ（２曲）の完全アレンジバージョンに仕上がっている。グラフィックも向上して、全体的に安定した作りになっているので、おすすめ。

ボンバーマンの中でも純粋に面白い傑作。ストーリーモードも長い間楽しめる充実な内容になっている。
中でもバトルモードが熱く ステージも１０＋３ステージあり、１つ１つがいい味を出している。この３つある隠しステージは連射パッドなしでもＸボタン連打で出現する上に、一度出してしまえばいつでも遊ぶことができる。
しかし、バトルモードが熱い言えるのはこの隠しステージの話だけはなく、実はパスワードを入力することで若干 通常のステージとは異なる対戦(= バトルパターン)を楽しむことができるのだ。
例えば「トロッコにのろう」のステージは線路のパターンが複雑になり、通常ステージには無いスイッチを使うことでトロッコの進むレールを切り替えることができる。それにより永遠に走り続けてトロッコから降りることができないようにさせることも可能なのだ。
バトルパターンは
「４６２２」でパターン２
「０４１３」でパターン３
「０９２６」でパターン４　である。
しかも これも隠しステージと同様に、１度パスワードを入力してしまえば電源を切った後でも 次のショートカットでいつでも対戦を楽しむことができる。
パターン２は 「ステージセレクト画面で Ｒボタン を押しながら Ａボタン」
パターン３は 「ステージセレクト画面で Ｌボタン を押しながら Ａボタン」
パターン４は 「ステージセレクト画面で Ｒ＋Ｌボタン を押しながら Ａボタン」
ＲやＬを押さずにそのままＡボタンで選択すると、通常のバトルモード（パターン１）も楽しむことができる。
つまりステージは１３×４の楽しみ方ができるのだ。
１度やられてしまっても、みそボンで中のボンバーマンを倒せば復活できるというシステムのおかげで やられても逆転のチャンスがあり、前作までのような「やられたから終わり」とならないことも星５つたる由縁だ。
２人でも十分おもしろいが、マルチタップがあるのであれば多人数で対戦してほしい。今あるゲームの中でもひけをとらない、もしくはそれ以上に楽しむことができるであろう。

ついでにステージ１の「いつもの」だけ「０１１０」とパスワードを入力した後 選択すると、アイテムだらけのステージになる。
ショートカットは 「ステージセレクト画面でステージ１を Ｘボタン を押しながら Ａボタン」で選択。

ボンバーマンシリーズの中でも難易度が高くて、なかなか面白いゲームでした。今までのボンバーマン全てを思い出させるステージに驚かされますがゲームをしていて時間を忘れるくらいハマります。アイテムが少ないのは難点ですがボスも個性があり楽しいですよ
