ミニモニ。のアルバム。
それだけを聞いたら、いつものあの曲調で、
ふざけた曲ばかりのアルバムだと想像する人も多いと思います。
実際、私も最初はそんな感じだったのですが、
今までの曲が殆んど入っているというお得感と、
あと、他の所でのあまりの絶賛の評判に押されて、買ってみました。

ジャケット、その他ブックレットを見てみるとわかるのですが、
１枚が「ミニモニ。の遊園地」な感じで。
ミニモニ。の色んな種類の歌が聴けます。
新曲はブルース、マーチ、タンゴ、レゲエ風味の曲など。
ミニモニ。でこんな事が出来るのか、と思いました。
何て言うんでしょう…ミニモニ。の可能性？みたいな。
そんなのが表れているアルバムです。

色んな曲（＝アトラクション）が一通入っていて、最後は帰り道。
「ミニモニ。バスガイド」がピッタリ合っていて、
これ以上の組み合わせは無いな、と考えられるぐらい。

ミカちゃんの武器である英語もふんだんに使われていて、
メロディーに乗せて英語(＋意味…歌詞カードで)も流れるので、
子供が聴いて覚えたりして。お得っすね。(笑)

結構、フレーズがココロに響くモノがあって…。
大人だと、余計にキいてくる言葉があります。
下手なアーティストよりも、言葉が純粋だから、
伝わりやすい事もあるんだなぁ、って。

下の方に、結構厳しいご意見もあったりしますが(苦笑)、
聴いていない人は、きっとわからないと思います。
実際に聴いてみれば、本当に面白いアルバムだとわかりますよ。

ミニモニ。の1stアルバム&ベストアルバム。オリジナルの新曲7曲に、これまでに発売されたシングルの収録曲のうち「ミニハムずんたかたった！」を除く9曲を加えた合計16曲を収録。

オリジナル曲は、関西弁を交えたブルース「あいらぶぶる~す」、ジャズ風の「ビタミン不足解消交響曲」、激しいビートの「すき・すき・きらい・きらい・きらい・すき。」、高校野球を思わせる行進曲「ミニモニ。のでっかい旅」、タンゴとディスコを交互に繰り返す「お菓子の街」、レゲエ風の「ちっちゃなちっちゃな女の子」、英会話の歌だがやや寂しげで不思議な雰囲気の「おはようさん~また明日の唄~」と、バラエティに富んでおり飽きさせない。シングル曲に関しては、あらゆる制約から解き放たれた「ミニモニ。ジャンケンぴょん！」と「ミニモニ。テレフォン！ リンリンリン」がやはり群を抜いている。「春夏秋冬だいすっき！」や、最後を飾る「ミニモニ。バスガイド」（個人的には最高傑作）も素晴らしい出来。

全体的に、遊び心に溢れた楽曲の水準は高く、子供から大人まで誰にでも楽しめる内容に仕上がっている。子供にとっては理屈抜きで面白く、大人にとっては、一見ナンセンスな歌詞に込められた深い意味や、凝ったアレンジの楽しさなどを存分に味わうことができる。遊び心の分かる全ての方にお勧めできる名盤。

ミニモニ。ってガキ向けの手抜きやっつけの塊のように見えて、
きちんと聴いてみるとしっかり手の込んだアレンジしてます。

ジャズやらタンゴやらファンクやらいろいろやっていますが、
王道テクノポップの『ミニハムずの愛の唄』一聴の価値ありの
名作です。
