GIZAグループによるThe Beach Boysカヴァー集。ちょうどこの頃、BB5のCD再発やBrian Wilson来日など、再評価が最高潮だった。それにSurfしたわけじゃないだろうけど・・・ちょっと聴くに耐えない所が多々ある。大体、BB5を舐めすぎてるだろ？無謀すぎるオキラク企画ｗ・・・不評の原因は「Mike Love」の不存在。彼がどれ位、BB5の曲に貢献しているか研究が足りなかったようだｗまるで背骨が抜けた魚みたいな曲が並ぶ。それでも、「Girls On The Beach」は秀逸！素晴らしい出来だよ、ホント。

でも、邦楽界でこうした動きが出るのは嬉しいし、歓迎したい。
