スピード感溢れる楽曲の中で、「STAY TOGETHER」が光を放っている。
曲数も少ないので、聞きやすいと思います

元気の良い、少しパンク調なメロディーラインを思い出させる「PUNK」から始まるこのアルバム。ノンストップに聴ける、非常に聴き易いアルバムだ。前回の「Nuclear Sonic Punk」からはスタイルを一転させ、あえてキャッチーなナンバーで攻めてくる。スタイル的には物凄く統一性があり、TAKUI独自が前作で作り上げたパンク的ビートロールの逆手を取り、判り易いポップ調なロックを繰り広げている。パンクロックというジャンルは非常に広い。前回のアルバムは表面に見える所謂パンク、ビートロールだったが、今回のアルバムは大変上手く計算されたパンクロックといったところだろうか。ポップ調なパンクロックは洋楽に置いても普通に見られるケースだが、今現在パンクという固定観念の逆手を取り、あえてメロディアスでポップなナンバーを集めたのは、TAKUIの「他の人と同じことをしたくはない」「ファッション化されたロックなんかに興味がない」という考えの元にあるのだと思う。メロディアスなところは凄くスタイリッシュであるし、「かっこいいことを、やるだけやればいいじゃん」という精神が深々と伝わってくる。そういうところがパンクっぽかったりもするが。歌詞も充実していて、特に個人的に好きなのは「True Mind」と「Stay Together」だが、このアルバムは全曲通して全部好きだ。また歌唱力も更にアップしたと思う。そこがまた曲調に合っていて、誰が聴いても「凄い」と思わせるのだと思う。

音楽とは少し関係ないがこの頃からTAKUIが、モッズ系なスタイルで全身を纏っているのも彼のアーティストとしての「スタイル」だと思う。最近ではお化粧をして女装みたいな格好をするヴィジュアル系、普段着かそれはと思わせるアーティストがいたり、B系な格好をしてるアーティスト等がいる中、TAKUIはアーティストとしてのスタイルを服装で示すところが素直にかっこいいじゃん、TAKUI、と思える。
