・横スクロール
・攻撃はシンプルにキック、パンチ＋回避技
・ゲージが０になったらアウト（敵も）
・食料（肉、チョコレート等で回復）

等これぞアクションゲームの原点といえる内容ですが、結構はまるとやめられません。単調な相手でもちょっと見過ごすとすぐにタコ殴りにあってしまいます。シンプルだけどあなどれない怖いゲームです。

ＳＦＣ版も確かに面白かったのですが、ＧＢＡ版は更に改良されています。
４面＆ロレントの復活!!・・・などは既に他の方々のレビューに満載されているので置いておきます。
他には敵キャラを倒せば倒すほど隠し要素が出現します！
超強力な裏キャラが出現したり、ステージセレクト、連打パンチなど初心者でも簡単に楽しめ、クリアした人でも飽きさせないようなものばかりです。
上級者には１画面に敵キャラが６人出現する「ＳＵＰＡＲ ＨＡＲＤ」をオススメします。
欠点はボスとの会話のＯＮ/ＯＦＦをオプションで設定できないことです。何回もプレイしていると会話がうっとしくなってきます。
それと改良と言ってもアーケード版の「完全移植」じゃないことです。どちらかというとＳＦＣの改良版です。アーケード版の大ファンという方にはオススメしません。
あとはなんだかんだ言っても飽きるのが早いことです。…といいましたが日が経つとまたやりたくなり、私は購入してから３年たった今でも楽しんでいます！←（人それぞれです）
そして、ストレス解消！気分爽快！シンプルながらかなり楽しいゲームです。
５つ星！買っても絶対に損はない一品だと思います。

まさに完全移植＋αの内容です。

スーファミ版ではガイや４ステージ目が削られていたり完全移植とは言えない中途半端な移植でした。

GBA版ではハードの大容量を生かし全て収録されています。更にプレイするのを飽きさせない工夫もあり、これぞ家庭用への移植！と思わせてくれます。

オマケキャラの台詞なども思わずニヤッ！っとさせてくれます。

今プレイしてもファイナルファイトにはオーラがありますね。単純なアクションですがさすが格闘ゲームのカプコンが作っただけに今でも色あせないゲームと思わせてくれる１本です。
