やはり何と言っても、松浦亜弥の『さとうきび畑』でしょう。一聴の価値有りです。彼女の歌唱力・表現力は特筆すべきものがあります。戦争を知らない彼女が、戦争によって命を落とした、温もりも知らぬ父に『会いたい』という思い、そして平和の尊さを見事なまでに表現し歌いきっています。

私はこのアルバムを聴くまで『さとうきび畑』という歌を知りませんでした。初めてこの曲を聴いた時、途中から涙が溢れ出してきて、曲が終わるまでその涙を止める事ができませんでした。歌を聴いて号泣したのは生まれて初めてでした。今でもこの曲を聴くと涙が出てきます。

以前、ある歌番組で松浦亜弥の「ひこうき雲」を聞いた。

この子はこんな歌が歌えるんだ・・・。
今まで、アイドル歌手の一人として見ていて興味もなかったのだが、
表現力の良さ、しっかりした歌声に驚きを隠せなかった。

松浦亜弥に興味が出て、色々と調べる内に
「Fork　Song2」に「ひこうき雲」が入っていることを知る。

早速購入！

「ひこうき雲」「長い間」なども非常によかったのだが
「さとうきび畑」・・・凄くいい・・・聞いていて涙がこぼれました。
10分近くある曲ですが、是非とも聞いてほしい。

不朽の名作が現代風にアレンジされていて、アイドルっぽくかわいく歌えているところはすごくいいです。メロン・松浦・石井リカ・中沢ゆうこさんそれぞれ独特の魅力があってとてもいいと思います。てんとう虫のサンバや夢で逢えたらなどすごくかわいらしく表現できていると思います。ただオリジナルが強烈な存在感と実力を持つ歌手によって歌われていることが多く、その意味ではどうしてもカヴァーというよりカラオケになってしまっているものもあるところが残念です。木綿のハンカチーフやオリビアを聴きながらなどは特に残念です。さとうきび畑は曲自体が強烈な力を持っていて、それでいて元歌の歌い手が圧倒的な歌唱力を誇るちあきなおみと森山良子であるためあややはたしかに力はあるとは思いますが、相手が悪かったという印象を禁じ得ません。しかしこれをきっかけにオリジナルやこの年代の名曲にもうちょっとスポットライトが当てられたらいいなぁと歌謡曲好きの私は思っています。
