浜田麻里の、というよりもHR史上に残る名盤。ライブの定番曲となっている1を筆頭に「HRかくあるべし」といった曲が満載されています。前作から打ち出された洋楽志向（カヴァー曲等）も本作では引き継がれていますが、より自然な選曲で違和感を感じる事はありません。注目は前作よりGで参加している松本孝弘でしょう。本作では後のB’ｚに通じる個性的なGサウンドが開花しています。特に3と5は痺れますよ。一方、作曲面での貢献度No.1は、間違いなくメイクアップの松澤浩明です。秀曲揃いの本作中でも出色の出来栄えを示す136は全て松澤さんの曲であり、改めてソングライターとしての非凡さをアピールしています。

ジャパメタというと、兎角舐められがちなジャンルですが、はっきり言って麻里さんほど歌の上手いヴォーカリストは、広いポップス界を見渡しても中々見当たらないと思います。このアルバムは、そんな麻里さんのメタル時代の代表作です。今でもライブで必ず演奏される1曲目の
”BLUE REVOLUTION”やVOW WOWの厚見さんと現Ｂ’Ｚの松本さんの掛け合いがめちゃくちゃいかしている3曲目の”LOVE TRAIL”等、名曲ばかりです。

最高の楽曲と歌唱力！
これ程難しい曲を余裕でパワフルに歌いこなせる人は例がありません。
昨年行われたライブでの1BLUE REVOLUTIONをDVDで観ましたが、
CD以上のパワーヴォーカルで鳥肌もんでした！
1256がお勧め！！
