19年前、泉谷40歳の頃の作品。
ドラムはポンタ＆ベースは吉田建のカッコよ過ぎるリズムセクション
（激カラ審査の『イカ天』審査員コンビ）
ギターは元RCのチャボとルースターズ下山
歌ったり吼えたりは大将こと泉谷
バンド名は「泉谷しげる＆LOSER」
もう伝説になってしまいましたが
ゲストも清志郎、シナロケの鮎川・・・でてんこ盛り。

・ライブの定番、大盛り上り曲だった
『地下室のヒーロー』の念願のCD初収録
この一曲のためだけでも買う価値充分。
（何度聴いても凄い曲です。
「少女が描いた地下室のヒーロー　憧れた人とは遥かに違う　
鉄のギターをかき鳴らし　さびたマイクに唾を吐く　
人生のサービスを嘲笑い　神に向かって文句を言う　
『おい！バカな神よ　お前はいつだって無力だ！』）
他にも『褐色のセールスマン』『Dのロック』などの過去の名曲も
アレンジ変えて野太いロックで蘇らせてます。

これでも当時聞いたときは腰が抜けそうになったもんですよ。
最高にかっこいい音楽がこれでもか、と詰まってたんですから。
疾走感というか、太いリズムセクションがからんで、泉谷のず太い歌詞が「オラァ」と切り込む。
ゾクゾクします。今聞いても古くないです。

「地下室のヒーロー」「翼なき野郎ども」「火の鳥」がいいです。
いつかライブハウスで見た、Ｇ．藤沼伸一（元アナーキー）、Ｂ．吉田建、Ｄｒ．村上“ポンタ”秀一に、Ｖｏ．＆Ｇ．泉谷はかっこよかった。

最後に、このアルバムを語るとき、Ｕ２の話はよそうよ。モロパクとか言う人いるけど。
どうでもいいじゃん。かっこよけりゃ。
