なんとなくＢ級な感じが全面に漂っているが、それが逆に独特のカラーを出しており、他の何者でもない世界を創っている。この辺は英米以外のアーティスト（オランダ出身）ならではのものかもしれない。ダークながらも力強いサウンドとプログレッシヴなアレンジは、エイジアやフォリナー、後期のアラン・パーソンズ・プロジェクトあたりにも近い世界観がある。演奏にグルーヴ感が乏しいのが唯一の難点だが、楽曲の良さで充分カバーしている。名盤だ。

　オランダ出身のポンプ・ロック・バンドの’８３年発表のデビュー作のリマスター再発盤。
　’９５年に発表された２nd「Leonardo's Dream」と同様の、プログレ的なアレンジのドラマティックなポップ・ロックというスタイルは、このデビュー作から既に貫かれている。時同じくして登場した、ASIAやGTRと共通するものがある。
　楽曲の出来は素晴らしい。だが、演奏力、表現力がそれに追いついていない。メトロノームのように単調で無機質なドラム。一本調子のヴォーカルなどで露呈している。
　２ndでは、その欠点がかなり改善されているので、その時にリメイクして発表してくれたら、と思ったものだ。
　現在は一体どうしているのやら・・・。
