ＳＦＣ版真女神転生２のサントラ。
ＤＩＳＣ１がアレンジ版、２がオリジナル版となっています。
古いＣＤなので、多少音源が貧弱ですが、独特の世界観を見事にあらわした曲が満載です。
真３のサントラと一緒にＰＳ版真１,２のサントラが発売されたので買いましたが、やはり多少アレンジが違っている感じがします。ハードが違うのでしょうがないことですが。
個人的には音源が悪くてもやはりＳＦＣ版のほうがしっくり来ます。

アレンジ版の方はなんとイギリスのアビーロードスタジオで録音したそうで、オーケストラ調にアレンジされています。

また、ライナーノートもオリジナル、アレンジ版それぞれにあって、増子氏本人による曲解説やレコーディング日記、また金剛神界の攻略、合体剣のデータ、そして、オリジナル版のＢＡＴＴＬＥのスコアまで付いていてかなり満足できる物になっています。

それから上の曲目リストにはありませんが、ＤＩＳＣ１の１０曲目にデビルズワールドという曲があります。
