V．Ｒのセカンドアルバム。このアルバムから元ヴィランのカール・アルバートが加入、最強の布陣を手に入れた。メタル界最強のVOであるカールの加入により、作品は格段にパワーアップ。まさにヘヴィー・メタルと呼ぶにふさわしいアルバムになった。特に3は未だにメタル史上最高のスピード・チューンだと思っている名曲である。まだ曲の出来にばらつきがあるがメタル好きには是非聞いて欲しいアルバムである。

これは名盤だ！！M7が個人的にもう一歩だが、他は完璧だ。1'stアルバムとは比較にならない程の出来栄え。
いわゆる名曲、キラーチューンと呼べる曲がないのが欠点と言えなくもないが、アルバム全体の完成度は最高だ。
もちろん「WELCOME TO THE BALL」よりもおすすめ。そしてなんと言っても、カール・アルバートの歌声は驚異的だ。
彼の歌がいっそう楽曲を素晴らしいものにしている。最新作の「WAR BALL」も素晴らしい出来だが、これも聴いてください。
しかし、ジェフ・ソープがいれば、このバンドは存在価値があるとは思うが、カールの歌声がやはりたまらないなあ。
メタルを歌うために、この世に生誕したのは間違いないなあ。お気に入りは、
「DIGITAL DICTATOR」、「MINUTE TO KILL」、「LADY TOOK A CHANCE」、「R.L.H.」、「OUT OF THE SHADOWS」
ほんといい曲揃っています。
