太った。

2007年、第一回東京マラソン（42.195km）を完走したのが、まるで嘘のように、太った。
・・・そこで、信頼するこのシリーズのＣＤが、また必要に、なった。

このＣＤのシリーズにいままで何度助けられたか分からないけれど（十数枚持ってるはず）、
今回も、解説書にあるとおり、二週間にわたって聴くつもりでいる。

いつものように波の音に乗って、軽快な音楽。
たいていこのシリーズは、どこかアコースティックな感じがあるのだけれど、
今回は、トランペットの音などが電子音源（キーボード）で代用しているのが丸わかり。
ちょっとキーボード音源が耳につくので、☆ひとつ引く。

このシリーズは明確に効果が出ることは自分でよく分かっているけれど、
効果の出が遅ければ、同シリーズのＣＤ『 行動力増強 』を利用して、本当に寒空の中を走るしかない。

・・・着られる背広の数が限定されてきたからね(^_^;)・・・

痩せたら後日、「推薦」を出しましょう！！
