ﾃﾞｨｽｸ2のクローヴァーズの「恋の特効薬」は国内盤では、モノーラルですし、音もあまり最高ではありません。
でも、このＣＤなら音もくっきりしていてステレオ録音ヴァージョンです。
同じくプラターズの「オンリー・ユー」も「グレート・プリテンダー」も
あまり聞く事の出来ないエコーをつけたステレオ録音風の新鮮な擬似ステレオヴァージョン。

ぜったいにこの三曲は必聴です。
そして４０曲以上もこのＣＤで聞けるのですが、一部録音が古くて、雑音が入ってるのも在ります。
そして、ロックの曲第１号ビル・ヘイリーとヒズ・コメッツの「ロック・アラウンド・ザ・クロック」も収録されています。
では、オールディーズの聞きなれた４０-５０代の洋楽ファンあの頃を思い出してお楽しみ下さい。

映画『アメリカン・グラフィティ』1960年代のカリフォルニアの小さな田舎町を舞台に、4人の若者の輝きに満ちた姿を描いた青春ドラマ。
昔、兄貴の部屋にこっそりと忍び込み、レコード棚にあったアメリカン・グラフィティのサントラ盤をよく聴いた。レコードから流れてくる音楽は、ロックンロールなんて知らなかった僕を夢中にさせた。
初恋のドキドキも、失恋の悲しさも、仲間と別れる切なさも、僕は『アメリカン・グラフィティ』という映画に教わった気がする。映画の中に流れるロックンロールに、30才になった今もドキドキさせられっぱなしだ!
