大ヒットした前曲「Northern Lights」から１ヶ月しか間が無く、また本曲が提供されている「アベノ橋魔法☆商店街」がＣＳ(衛星)メインで地上波放送でのC.M.もほとんど無かった為か、最近の林原さんには珍しくオリコン上位チャートに入らなかった曲ですが、ファンならずとも是非聴いて戴きたい１曲だと思います。

「Treat or Goblins」は林原さん十余年間の音楽活動の中でも珍しいラップ曲で、「Cream Puff Shuffle」(林原さんを含むユニット"P.P.S."の曲)の楽しく意味深な詩の李醒獅さんが作詞、数々の名曲を世に送り出された鷲巣詩郎さんが作曲を担当、という聞いただけでなんだか凄そうな曲を、林原さんが軽快な歌い口でしめています。

「あなたの心に」は、中山千夏さんが歌われていた曲をカバーされているものですが、これまた林原さんにはとても珍しいことです。「Treat or Goblins」とはうって変わってしっとりと穏やかな曲なのですが、林原さんはこちらの曲もちゃんと自分のモノとして消化されている様で、いつも通り、否、それ以上に癒されます。

こちらの曲は通常版の他に、ややポップ調な「HipDooWopHop MIX」版も収録されています。

最近ご本人(MEGUMI)作詞の曲が多くヒットしている中、声優ファンでなくともご存知のアーティストの手による曲を歌われているこのC.D.は、ただの"アイドル声優"では無い林原めぐみさんを再確認して戴ける「隠れた名曲盤」だと思います。

アニメ「アベノ橋魔法商店街」のOP/EDテーマ曲です。アニメの方はかなりマニアックな内容（笑）ですが（私は好きですけど）、このマキシに入っている曲は２曲ともすごくいい曲です。「Treat or Goblins」はアップテンポのノリのいい曲と達観したような和風の歌詞（？）のアンバランスさが絶妙で、「あなたの心に」は一転してほのぼのした昔風の曲（実際に昔の曲のカバーらしい）でアレンジも懐かしい感じに仕上げてあります。林原さんの声も曲にとてもよくあっていて、かなりいい感じです。

ラジオで最初にこの曲を聞いたときには
体が自然に踊っていました（笑）
最近、シャーマンキング関連で、「戦い」という、
ちょっと重々しい歌を何曲か歌っていらっしゃいましたが
（もちろんそれもすばらしいんですが…）
ガラリとかわり、軽快なノリのいい曲を出されました。
落ち込んでいるときなんかに、聞いてみると励まされるかもしれません。

本人も大絶賛なこの１枚、是非買ってみてはいかがでしょう？
