DVD仕様の為、サウンドはとてもリアルに感じました。
でも、技術云々と言うより、すべての曲が物語に合っているように思いました。
曲の雰囲気はディズニー的とも言えますし、スクウェア的とも言えそうです。
どちらにせよ、高い技術を存分に使いこなし、完成度の高い曲が多いと思います。

個人的には、戦闘時やラストダンジョン等のせっぱ詰まったような曲が気に入ってます。奥行きのあるサウンドが好きなので。
宇多田さんの“光”も、ゲームを終えた後に聞くと、恋愛とはまた違う曲として聞けるのではないでしょうか。

ゲーム中に登場したディズニーのワールドでは、もとのディズニー作品を基盤としたメロディーなのでキングダムハーツをプレイしてない方にも楽しめると思います。
よく耳にされたことのあるのはリトルマーメイドやプーさんの曲だと思います。「ナイトメア・ビフォアークリスマス」のワールド曲もオープニングそっくりです。

暗い雰囲気のものもありますが全体的に癒し系が結構あるように思います。
ゲームのプレイ中は戦う場面だと効果音がかなり大きくて曲があまり聴こえなかったので、それらをじっくり聴けるのもいいと思います。

ディスク２の30「光」はパッケージにはsimple and clean となってますが日本語バージョンです。

２枚の中にもりだくさんの豪華なサントラです。

音がすごく奇麗なんですよ！！　なんか目を瞑って聴くとすごくリラックスするんですよ。　　音ってこんなに奇麗だったかな…とかやっぱり思ってしまいます。　イライラした時になどに聴くとすぐに忘れてしまいますね(笑

ゲームをやったことがある人なら買って損なしだと思います！！　プレイした事ないひとも癒されたいな…と思う人にもとってもおすすめです。
