3.0 out of 5 stars ＤＣ版ならではの機能も捨てがたし。, 2002/4/18
この作品はウイルスによって狂暴化したモンスターやゾンビを相手に、
手に入れた銃器を使って倒しながらアイテム等を駆使して謎を解いていき、
生きてその場を脱出するのが目的のサバイバルホラーです。

今までのバイオシリーズとは一味違う、背景もキャラ同様ポリゴンになりました、

最初はどんなもんかと不安でしたがやってみてみると以外にいい感じです、
背景もみんなポリゴンになったので移動の時にカメラアングルが変わったり、
イベントシーンでも今まででは不可能だった色々な視点でアングルが変わるので
臨場感が増して今までとは違った興奮と緊張、恐怖感が味わえます、

他にもこれを利用したスコープを使った武器などが出てきますよ。

それと、この作品には新しく２丁拳銃が使えて!μを倒す爽快感がアップ！
でも照準がイマイチ思いどうりにならないので気になる方もいると思います、
あと、ＤＣ版ならではの機能、コントローラーに差したビジュアルメモリで今までならメニューをひらくか、

キャラの動きでしか確認することができなかったライフゲージを随時確認することが出来ます、
これはなかなかに良いですよ。

難易度は選択できるので、初心者でも操作方法に慣れれば十分楽しめますし、
バイオをやってきた方ならなかなか歯ごたえがあって良いですよ。

この作品は既にＰＳ２で完全版として出ていますが、もしＤＣを持っていてＰＳ２を持ってなくてバイオをしたことがない方や、
バイオが好きな方ならお勧めできます！

これどうしてDCで作ったのかよくわからないけど自分は凄く楽しめた。ちなみにコンティニュー誌の２０００年度ゲーム・オブ・ジ・イヤーの第４位。外伝なのだが１の醍醐味だった「閉鎖空間の恐怖とその脱出」を２，３よりも継承出来たのがこれ。クリーチャーの生物感がアップしたのは当然だがその他で余計な要素が無いのがいい（２丁拳銃は使えないが）。最初の研究所は小手調べとして次の洋館では螺旋階段を登る途中に不気味なオブジェがぶら下がっていたりして１で感じた先へ進むことへのためらいを感じることが出来る。途中でクレアからクリスに交代するのも飽きさせない。ラストは１の洋館が丸ごと登場というのが凝っている。クレアとレオナルド・ディカプリオのそっくりさんとの友情も印象的。不満点はラストに意地悪な仕掛けがあることぐらい。普通にやると難しいが超簡単モードでも十分満足できる。

バイオ1以来の密室恐怖でしたね、この作品はドラマ性を重視しているようで、自分的には満足です。難易度の事で言えば初心者にとったら少し難しいかな?上級者だったらサクサク進められると思います…プレイするに当たっては完全版をお勧めします、DCとPS2、GCでも出ているはずですので、まだプレイしたことがない人は是非…
