　数あるドリームキャストのゲームのなかでも最高レベルのグラフィックスを誇る格闘ゲーム。登場するキャラクターは、いずれも格闘技の達人なのだが、グラマーな女性格闘家が多数登場するのが本作品の最大の特徴だ。この作品が多くの男性ファンの心をとらえた最大の理由だと思う。

　さらに、プレイして一定の条件を満たすと、キャラクターの衣装が増えるという嬉しい特典もついている。衣装のなかにはバニーガールやセーラー服など男性ファンが喜びそうなものが多い。ただ、こうした「サービス」は、硬派の格闘ゲームファンにとっては邪道と見えるかもしれない。評価が分かれるところだろう。また、衣装集めのためにプレイを続けなければならないという本末転倒の事態になりかねないのも考えものだ。
とはいえ、格闘ゲームとしてのバランスもきちんとしており、純粋な格闘ゲームとしても楽しめるので、セクシーな女性キャラクターに嫌悪感（あるいは羞恥心）をいだかなければ、じゅうぶん薦められる。

　プレイした感じとしては○○○○の操作と○○の技の多さを
足したような気がしないでもありません。
　でも、キャラクタは魅力あるし、絵は高品質だし買って損はしないでしょう。
　ただBGMはもう少しシンプルなものが個人的には好きなんですが・・。

　ゲン・フ-最高です。声優さんがナイスキャスト。

　初心者はエレナがお勧めですね。

バーチャファイターや鉄拳に操作感が似ている３Ｄ格闘ゲーム。
このゲームの特徴としては、バトル中相手を吹っ飛ばす攻撃をした際、ステージ端のフェンス等にぶつかると、フェンスが壊れ下に落っこち別な景色のステージに移動する所（現実だったら確実に死ぬような高さから派手に落ちます）やキャラクターの中でも女性キャラに力が入っている。
特にこのゲームは隠しコスチュームが豊富なのだが、男性キャラより女性キャラの方がレパートリーがかなりあり、中にはセーラー服とかちょっとセクハラっぽいものまで様々・・・ということも含めてギャルゲー色もかなり強い。

初回限定版ということですが、まずこのソフトのディスク表面イラストがエロイ！
そしてゲーム中ある条件かなんかを満たすと、主に女性キャラのプライベート面のＣＧイラストが観覧できるギャラリーが出現し、これが初回限定版だけの特典みたいです。

悪い所は各キャラのストーリーモード、正直たびたびムービーが入り、次の対戦相手との因縁が描かれているのだけど、その背景がよくわからず結局意味不明なものが多い、さらにラスボスの万骨坊とかいう天狗はさらに存在自体が意味不明。

結論として３Ｄ格闘としてならかなり良作で、モードもタッグバトルやチームバトルなど豊富。しかし女性に関するセクハラっぽいニュアンスも結構含まれているため女性の前でのプレイは良くない、あと小さなお子様も購入するのはお勧めしない、ゲームといえど先も上げたがエロ臭い所も多々ありますので教育的に良くない。
